2010 – 2026 · Reno → Lake Tahoe → Reno

Reno-Tahoe
Odyssey

A 178-mile, 36-leg relay from downtown Reno around Lake Tahoe and back. Twelve runners, two vans, one night of no sleep. I've been doing it since 2010 and haven't figured out how to stop.

My Legs

Every leg I've run, with times. Three per race — except 2025, when six of us split all 36.

Dashed = raced it, but no leg times survived (2012, 2014, 2018). 2020–21 were COVID cancellations and aren't shown. 2024 and 2025 came with asterisks: an 8-mile climb and a double load of legs.
Fifteen RTOs. The fastest version of me showed up in 2016 — the year that didn't even count officially. Make of that what you will.
Data: RTO team spreadsheet (2009–2026), saved in this project at data/RTO - 2026.xlsx. 2026 team results pending.
